Recruitment & selection

Select the best people on the basis of drivers and capabilities

The MyMatch development assessment shows crystal-clear whether a candidate's drivers and capabilities match the vacancy. Through an online questionnaire that the client receives, we map out the desired ideal profile clearly to arrive at a perfect match. We do not do this subjectively, because many clients simply have an unconscious tendency to hire clones of themselves. We always do it objectively, so that there is no room for mistaken interpretations during the recruitment process.

We then use the MyDrives drivers analysis and the capabilities test to map out the candidate's profile. The MyMatch software shows, fully automatically, the extent to which there is a drivers and capabilities match. This is based on the corresponding %-scores, as shown in the quadrant image below. Although the ultimate creation of a match always remains human work. What it comes down to: avoid a mismatch at all times. That is an extremely costly affair that, moreover, makes neither employer nor employee happy.
