During the live certifications you develop both substantive knowledge and practical skill. You learn not only how the methodology works, but above all how to apply it professionally in conversations, teams and organisations.

The study time during the training days is around two hours. The exam takes place on the final day of the live MyDrives certification.

No. On completion you receive proof of completion of the Online Basis Certification. The MyDrives consultant title is linked to the live certification routes.
Yes. The Online Basis Certification is designed specifically as an accessible stepping stone. If you progress to the Expert Certification within 12 months, your investment in the Online Basis Certification is fully credited.
Within the Online Basis Certification you get access to your own profile and 5 practice profiles. These are intended to help you understand the methodology and practise hands-on.
