Personal data on the website
You provide MyDrives MyHabits MyMatch with personal data when you complete contact forms at www.mydrivesmyhabits.com/en. We process the following types of personal data: first and last name, telephone number, and e-mail address. We use that personal data to contact you by phone or in writing when required, and to keep you informed about news or events. We also use your personal data when we undertake an agreed consultancy or certification assignment or other such activity for you.

Personal data in MyDrives MyHabits and MyMatch questionnaires
When you complete questionnaires about MyDrives MyHabits MyMatch, you provide personal data, either directly or through a certified consultant. We process your e-mail, first and last name, company name, job title, gender, educational level, and year of birth. We use this personal data to personalize various reports, and to carry out statistical analyses. We use anonymized data to perform statistical analyses, and use this data solely in order to improve our products and services. We never use this data to contact you by phone or in writing, or to keep you informed about news or events, unless we are undertaking an agreed consultancy or certification assignment or other such activity for you.

Reports
The results of completed questionnaires are processed to produce an individual MyDrives drive analysis, MyMatch job analysis, and/or a MyHabits 360 degree behaviour analysis. The results of these analyses are available exclusively to certified consultants, who can download the results by logging in on the website, then explain them to you individually or as a group.

Retention period
Your personal data is not retained once the purpose for which it was collected has been achieved.

Third parties
We only share your personal data with third parties when this is necessary in order to establish an agreement with you, or if the law requires us to do so.

Right
You have the right to access, modify, or erase your personal data. You also have the right to have your personal reports transferred to another consultant. To do this, send a message to info@mydrivesmyhabits.com. We will deal with your request as quickly as possible, at the latest within three working days.

Security
Our website has an SSL certificate to protect your personal data. Our servers run on a secured Amazon private network and are backed up daily. This network meets the international ISO-27001 standard for information security.

Users who log in via the website are required to choose a strong password containing at least 8 characters. They should also periodically change this password. If you have any questions about the security of your data, or if you suspect your data has been misused, please contact us.
