Website personal data

You provide your personal data to MyDrives MyHabits MyMatch by filling in contact forms on mydrivesmyhabits.com. In doing so we process the following personal data: first and last name, phone number and email address. We use this personal data to contact you by phone or in writing where desired and to keep you informed of news or events. When we carry out an agreed assignment for you in the field of consultancy, certification or otherwise, we also use your personal data.

Personal data of the MyDrives, MyHabits and MyMatch questionnaires

By completing questionnaires around MyDrives MyHabits MyMatch you provide personal data, either directly or through a certified consultant. In doing so we process your email, first and last name, company name, job title, gender, education level and year of birth. We use this personal data to personalise various reports and to carry out statistical analyses.

We carry out statistical analyses using anonymised data and use these solely to improve our products and services. We never use this data to contact you by phone or in writing or to keep you informed of news or events, except when we carry out an agreed assignment for you in the field of consultancy, certification or otherwise.

Reports

The results of completed questionnaires are processed into an individual MyDrives drives analysis, a MyMatch role analysis and/or a MyHabits 360-degree behavioural analysis. The results of these analyses are available only to certified consultants who, by logging in to the website, can download the results and then explain them to you at an individual or group level.

Miniscan

By completing the free MyDrives miniscan you provide personal data. In doing so we process your email, first and last name and company name. We use this personal data to personalise various reports and to carry out statistical analyses. In addition, we use your personal data to keep you informed of news, in-depth information, products and services of MyDrives MyHabits MyMatch and/or of the affiliated MyDrives consultant. You can unsubscribe at any time; we will then permanently delete your data from our database.

Analytics AI

Analytics AI is the AI tool of MyDrives MyHabits MyMatch that uses external AI models in combination with MyDrives analyses. The outcomes are intended for general information purposes and have not been verified by a human. We take great care in designing, testing and optimising the prompts that Analytics AI works with, in order to produce substantively relevant and usable output.

MyDrives MyHabits MyMatch does not guarantee the accuracy of the outcomes, and any use of Analytics AI is at the user’s own risk. The quality of the outcomes depends on the AI model used and the consistency of the completed MyDrives analysis. All outcomes must be checked by a certified consultant before they are shared with the end user or any conclusions are drawn from them.

We do not share any personal data with external AI models. The models process only the question and the generated answer. Moreover, we work exclusively with AI providers hosted in Europe that do not store or use prompts and output for training purposes.

Legal bases for processing

We process your personal data solely on the basis of one of the following legal grounds under the GDPR:

• Consent, when you complete the miniscan or sign up for news and information. You can withdraw your consent at any time.
• Performance of a contract, when we carry out an agreed assignment for you in the field of consultancy, certification or assessments.
• Legal obligation, when we are legally required to process or retain data.
• Legitimate interest, to improve our products and services through anonymised statistical analyses, whereby we always carefully weigh your interests and rights.

Retention period

We retain the personal data resulting from your assessment for a maximum of 5 years after the last contact. After that it is deleted or anonymised.

Sharing with third parties

We share your personal data with third parties only when this is necessary for the conclusion of an agreement or when we are legally required to do so.

Your rights

You have the right to view, amend or delete your personal data. You also have the right to transfer your personal reports to another consultant. To do so, send a message to info@mydrivesmyhabits.com. We will respond as soon as possible and no later than within 3 working days.

You also have the right to object to the processing of your data and to withdraw any consent you have given at any time. If you believe that we do not handle your data with due care, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

Security

Our website is secured with an SSL certificate to protect your personal data. Our servers run in a secured private Amazon network and are maintained through a daily back-up. This network complies with the international ISO-27001 standard for information security.

Users who log in via the website are required to choose a strong password of at least 8 characters and to change this password periodically. If you have questions about the security of your data or suspect data misuse, please contact us.
