MyDrives MyHabits MyMatch in relation to three of the world’s best management books

UNDERSTAND YOURSELF AND UNDERSTAND THE OTHER PERSON
Stephen Covey sold more than fifteen million copies of his book Seven Habits of Highly Effective People. Afterwards he realised once again that trust is the foundation of successful organisations and individuals. He writes about this in his follow-up book The Speed of Trust. In a nutshell: as trust increases, the effectiveness of work goes up and costs come down. The immediate result of MyDrives is that trust within teams and organisations grows straight away. MyDrives is built on two principles: understanding yourself and understanding the other person.
WORKING TOGETHER MORE EFFECTIVELY
The book Thinking, Fast and Slow by Nobel Prize winner Daniel Kahneman shows how much more irrational individuals are than we like to think. Why do we respond so differently in situations that are sometimes identical? Kahneman describes two thinking systems: a fast, intuitive one and a slow, more considered one. Things go wrong when we use the systems at the wrong moment. That is why MyHabits works with the principles of thinking differently, pausing and acting differently, so that the right response appears in the right situation. The result is that collaboration and communication become more effective.
SELECTING THE RIGHT PEOPLE
The book Good to Great by Jim Collins answers the question of why some organisations are successful and others are not. He formulated seven principles after studying six thousand articles, two thousand pages of interviews and notes, and a large volume of computer data. The second principle Collins formulates is that successful organisations give top priority to selecting the right people. That is precisely what MyMatch was developed for.
