The MyMatch Development Assessment provides crystal-clear insight into whether a candidate’s drives and capabilities match the job requirements. Using an online questionnaire completed by the client, we map out the desired ideal profile in a structured way to achieve the perfect match. We do this objectively, since many employers tend to (often unconsciously) hire clones of themselves. By relying on objective data, we eliminate the risk of misinterpretation during the recruitment process.

Next, we use the MyDrives drives analysis and a capability test to map out the candidate’s profile. The MyMatch software automatically indicates the extent to which there is a match in drives and capabilities, expressed as percentage scores shown in the quadrant diagram below. Of course, achieving the right match ultimately remains a matter of human judgment. The key takeaway: always avoid a mismatch, it’s an expensive mistake that makes neither employer nor employee happy.
