Personal data from the website
By submitting a contact form on www.mydrivesmyhabits.com, you provide personal data to MyDrives MyHabits MyMatch. The personal data we process includes your first and last name, telephone number, and email address. This information is used to contact you by telephone or in writing upon request, and to keep you informed about relevant news and events. If we perform an agreed assignment for you, such as consultancy, certification, or related services, your personal data will also be processed for the execution of that assignment.

Personal data from MyDrives, MyHabits, and MyMatch questionnaire
By completing questionnaires relating to MyDrives MyHabits MyMatch, you provide personal data either directly or through a certified consultant. The personal data we process includes your email address, first and last name, company name, job title, gender, education level, and year of birth. This data is processed for the purpose of personalizing various reports and conducting statistical analyses. All statistical analyses are performed using anonymized data and are used exclusively to enhance and improve our products and services. We will not use this data to contact you by telephone or in writing, or to provide you with news or event updates, unless this is necessary for the performance of an agreed assignment, such as consultancy, certification, or related services.

Reports
The results of completed questionnaires are processed into an individual MyDrives drivers analysis, a MyMatch job profile analysis, and/or a MyHabits 360-degree behavioural analysis. The results of these analyses are only accessible to certified consultants who, after logging in to the website, can download the results and then present them to you individually or at group level.

Miniscan
By completing the free MyDrives miniscan, you provide personal data. We process your email address, first and last name, and company name. We use this data to personalize various reports and to perform statistical analyses. In addition, we use your personal data to keep you informed of news, content, products, and services from MyDrives MyHabits MyMatch and/or the affiliated MyDrives consultant. You can unsubscribe at any time, after which we will permanently remove your data from our database.

Analytics AI
Analytics AI is the AI tool from MyDrives MyHabits MyMatch that uses external AI models in combination with MyDrives analyses. The outputs are intended for general informational purposes and have not been verified by a human. We take great care in designing, testing, and optimizing the prompts used by Analytics AI to generate relevant and useful output. MyDrives MyHabits MyMatch does not guarantee the accuracy of the results, and all use of Analytics AI is at the user’s own risk. The quality of the results depends on the AI model used and the consistency of the completed MyDrives analysis. All outputs must be reviewed by a certified consultant before being shared with the end user or before drawing any conclusions. We do not share personal data with external AI models. The models only process the question and the generated answer. Furthermore, we exclusively work with AI providers hosted in Europe that do not store prompts or output, nor use them for training purposes.

Retention period
We retain your personal data derived from your assessment for a maximum of 5 years after the last contact. After this period, the data will be deleted or anonymized.

Sharing with third parties
We only share your personal data with third parties if this is necessary for the performance of an agreement or if we are legally obliged to do so.

Your rights
You have the right to access, modify, or delete your personal data. You also have the right to transfer your personal reports to another consultant. To exercise these rights, send a message to info@mydrivesmyhabits.com. We will respond as soon as possible, and no later than within 3 working days.

Security
Our website is secured with an SSL certificate to protect your personal data. Our servers run in a secured private network hosted by Amazon and are maintained via daily backups. This network complies with the international ISO 27001 standard for information security.

Users logging in via the website are required to choose a strong password of at least 8 characters and to change this password periodically. If you have questions about the security of your data or suspect misuse, please contact us.
